Two jobs, one product
Frosty Buds is often associated exclusively with the flowering phase, rightly so, as we'll show in a moment. But that's only half the story. In this year's field test, we deliberately use Frosty Buds in two different roles: as a companion for overall healthier, more resilient growth throughout most of the grow, and as a highly concentrated specialist booster in the final, decisive weeks of flowering.
Support for healthier growth
Used throughout much of the grow, Frosty Buds supports the plant's own metabolic and vitality processes, whether a plant is currently in growth or already in flower. The result we repeatedly observe at our test sites across Germany: stronger, more resilient plants that come through the season healthier overall.
Especially in combination with balanced base fertilization, it becomes clear how well this supportive effect fits into a complete feeding concept.
Highly efficient in the final weeks
Frosty Buds unfolds its full potential, though, in the final phase before harvest. In the last weeks of flowering, when plants channel their energy into fruit set and ripening, Frosty Buds is used in concentrated form, as a highly efficient flowering booster designed to make the biggest difference in exactly this short but decisive window.
It's precisely this dual role, gentle support throughout the whole grow and concentrated use at the end, that makes Frosty Buds one of the most important building blocks of this year's field test for us.
Reinforcement from the new line
At many of our test sites, Frosty Buds runs alongside the matching products from our new BloomCraft Organics line: Bloom as base nutrition, Ultimate PK for a targeted phosphorus-potassium boost, Faster Flowers for a quick start into bloom, and Bud Envy for the entire fruiting phase. On top of that, N-Zymes takes care of an active root environment, while Cal-Mag+, Humivara and Flora Pure are in play across all phases as universal additions.
