How we handle reviews
- Verified purchases only. Only those who ordered the product from us and received it can write a review. We don't buy reviews and don't import any from other platforms.
- No deleted negative reviews. We only remove spam, illegal content and personal data – never a review because we don't like it.
- No reward for praise. There are no discounts or vouchers for reviewing. We ask once by email around four weeks after delivery – that's it.
- No star rating. Instead of an average score we show how many would use the product again and what exactly they observed. That's harder to embellish and more useful for you.
