Delivery Terms
Delivery Area
We ship within Germany and to further countries within the European Union. You can see which countries we currently deliver to directly when selecting your address in the cart or at checkout.
If your country isn't listed yet, you can sign up for the waiting list in your cart – we'll automatically notify you by email as soon as delivery to your country becomes possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and your order value. The following shipping zones currently apply:
| Zone | Shipping Costs | Free from |
|---|---|---|
| Deutschland | 5.95 € | 50.00 € |
| EU Zone 1 | 8.95 € | 80.00 € |
| EU Zone 2 | 14.95 € | 100.00 € |
The exact shipping costs for your order are always shown before you complete your purchase, in the cart and at checkout.
Delivery Time
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after payment is received. Deliveries to other EU countries may take a little longer depending on the destination, typically 3–7 business days.
For payment in advance or bank transfer, the delivery time only starts once payment has been received. For all other payment methods, it starts the day after the order is placed.
Shipping & Packaging
Shipping is carried out securely via a standard parcel carrier. After shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email including tracking information, if available.
Availability & Backorders
If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up for the notification list on the product page. We'll automatically let you know by email as soon as the product is available again.
Transfer of Risk
If you order as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods only passes to you (or a person named by you) once the goods are handed over – regardless of whether the shipment has already been handed to the carrier. If you order as a business, the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
