Your EC meter does not compensate for temperature. The solution is at 10 °C instead of the 25 °C the scale refers to.
By how many percent is the reading off? Set your value – and say how sure you are.
And how sure are you?
About 29 percent. A measurement at 10 °C sits almost a third below what the same solution shows at 25 °C (per Resh's correction table).
Anyone who picked „no idea" here and still has the value inside their band answered better than anyone who missed with a narrow one. That is not politeness but the thesis of this course in operable form: your meter always shows you a point and never a band – the band is yours to add.
And here a wide band is even factually right: where the 29 percent come from, and how certain they really are, card four settles.
